Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not as expected from the photos, with some noise from the ground floor and a noticeable moldy smell. However, the service was exceptionally warm and accommodating, helping with all requests around the clock. The location was convenient, nestled near Jemaa el Fna but in a quieter part of the old medina. The dining options were delightful, especially the changing evening meals.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The room, although a bit smaller than expected, was clean and comfy, providing a cozy atmosphere. However, there was a slight smell of mould that was a bit off-putting. The proximity to the kitchen made it a convenient location. Despite the room being incredibly tiny, it was still a decent place to rest.

The service was exceptional, with the staff being very accommodating and friendly. They were attentive, friendly, and welcoming, helping us with everything we needed, from arranging airport transport to making restaurant reservations and planning activities.
